Orders Already Dispatched

Orders that have already been dispatched or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Discount Vouchers

Discount vouchers are valid for one-time use only. Even if an order is cancelled later, the voucher will be considered used and cannot be reactivated.

Loyalty Points

If Loyalty Points were redeemed during the purchase, they will be credited back to your account in case of order cancellation.

2. Refunds for Returns or Cancellations

Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product has been received by us and successfully verified for its condition and packaging.

Important Information

The refund process may take 7–10 working days to complete.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
If the returned product does not meet our Return Policy conditions, the refund request may be rejected.
