2. Free Shipping
Eligibility
- Free shipping is available across India on orders worth ₹500 or more.
- Orders below ₹500 may incur nominal shipping charges depending on the delivery location (Urban/Rural Area).
Order Processing Time
- Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- During festive seasons or peak order periods, processing and shipping may take additional time.
3. Delivery Restrictions
Delivery Locations
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses or military addresses.
- Deliveries to rural areas may require additional delivery time.
4. Order Cancellation
Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at:
- Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation of perishable products may be allowed, but the related cost will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation by Company
GHD Wellness reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price
- If there are unforeseen issues related to the order
In such cases, the customer will be informed and a 100% refund will be issued.
Non-Delivery or Late Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, incomplete information, or customer unavailability, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
5. Replacement & Refund Policy
We make every effort to ensure that the products delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, in rare situations, the following issues may occur:
- Damage during transit
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect product delivery
Conditions for Replacement/Refund
Replacement or full refund will be provided under the following conditions:
- The replacement/refund request is made within 5 days of receiving the product.
- If the package shows visible signs of leakage or damage, please refuse the delivery and immediately return it to the courier partner.
Important Note:
Products once accepted by the customer generally cannot be returned unless they meet the above-mentioned conditions.

Please Note:
Do not send any product for return or replacement without prior approval from GHD Wellness.
If the Replacement Product Is Unavailable
- We will try to provide the best possible alternative.
- The customer’s decision will be considered final.
- If the product is unavailable and payment has already been made, a 100% refund will be issued.
6. Delivery Timelines
We aim to deliver most orders within 2–7 working days through third-party logistics providers.
If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, the company reserves the right to cancel the order.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Logistics issues
- Bad weather conditions
- Strikes
- Natural disasters
- Other unexpected situations
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform customers about the expected delay through their registered email address or mobile number.
