For Products Shipped by Us
We want you to shop with complete confidence. If you need to return a product, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- You received an expired product (although this is highly unlikely).
- You were charged more than the MRP.
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the product:
- Is unused and in its original condition.
- Is returned with the original tags, box, and packaging.
Important Note:
Temperature-sensitive products are not eligible for any returns or refunds.
For Products Shipped Directly by the Seller
We understand that returns for products shipped directly by the seller may sometimes be complicated. In such cases, we may not be able to process the return directly, but we will fully assist you by coordinating with the seller to resolve the issue.

For Orders Not Yet Shipped
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase by sending a cancellation request to:
- If the order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- If the order has already been shipped, the above return policy will apply.
For Products Damaged During Transit
We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your package is damaged during transit, we are here to help.
If the package appears damaged:
- Please do not accept the package.
- Return it to the delivery agent immediately.
